Eligibility: A newborn baby of two foreign nationals in China who needs to stay in China.

Required application materials:

1. One completed Visa /Stay Permit /Residence Permit Application Form;

2. One color identification photo (taken within 6 months, with a white background, in 2 inches, and bareheaded);

3. A valid registration form for temporary residence of foreigners;

4. The Chinese birth certificate of the baby;

5. Passports and visas of the foreign parents;

6. Any additional application materials requested by visa authorities based on specific circumstances.
