Division of Work 

    Song Qi is in charge of the work concerning foreign affairs, Hong Kong and Macao affairs, credit system development, talent and sci-tech innovation, industrial economy, private economy, human resources and social security, commerce, market supervision and management (supervision and management of food and drugs, intellectual property rights), and ecological environment, etc; assisting in charge of the work concerning emergency management.

    He oversees the work of the Foreign Affairs Office, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (Human Resources Market),  the Commerce Bureau, and the Market Supervision and Management Bureau (Intellectual Property Office); assisting in charge of the Emergency Management Bureau.

    He is in charge of liaison with the Taiwan Affairs Office, the Association for Science and Technology, the General Labor Union, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Customs, the Ecological Environment Bureau, Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and Kunshan Salt Industry Co., Ltd.
