Zhu Yehua is in charge of the work concerning education, Duke Kunshan University on behalf of the Chinese side, culture, radio and television, sports, and tourism, etc.

She oversees the work of the Education Bureau, the Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau (Cultural Relics Bureau), Duke Kunshan University Development and Promotion Center, and Kunshan Culture, Business and Tourism Group Co., Ltd. 

She is in charge of liaison with Integrated Media Center, Kunshan Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Federation of Literary and Arts Circles, the Overseas Chinese Federation, and Jiangsu Cable Network Corporation (JSCN) Kunshan Branch.
